In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing lawns, landscapes, and garden areas with precision and care. Whether you're trimming trees, mowing lawns, or operating power tools, your work will directly contribute to beautiful, healthy outdoor environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping and outdoor maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. As business grows room for advancement can occur. Currently operate in Wylie, Rockwall, Rowlett, and some North Texas Areas. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to ensure lush and healthy grass. Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and installing garden features. Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers safely and efficiently. Assist with irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure optimal watering schedules. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met. Be able to pull trailer of equipment to and from sites. Requirements Have a driver's license to operate a motor vehicle. (personal truck preferred to operate trailer.) Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping or construction equipment. Passion for lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, or horticulture. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for long periods of standing or walking. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols during equipment operation. Prior experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Embark on a career that combines physical activity with creativity!
