Lawn Care Technician Overland Lawn & Landscape Job Description:
Overland Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced Lawn Care Technician to join our mow crew. The right candidate is self-sufficient, takes pride in their work, and can step in and perform at a high level from day one. What You'll Do Mow, trim, and edge residential and/or commercial properties to a professional standard Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete daily routes on schedule Keep equipment clean and report any maintenance needs What We're Looking For 1+ year of professional lawn care experience Strong mowing, trimming, and edging skills High attention to detail — you notice what others walk past and take the extra minute to make it right Accountable and dependable: you show up, do the job right, and own your work Valid driver's license required Reliable personal transportation to report to work Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Team player who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision
