Team Leader - Sustainable Lawn Care

Blue Planet Lawn is a small, fast growing Zero Emission Lawn Care Company in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are looking for someone with strong management and sales skills to manage schedules, lead and grow our team, manage and grow our customer accounts, and be an ambassador for Zero Emission Lawn Care.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule crews and work along side with them in the field to ensure efficient and high quality work.
• Establish leads, nurture clients and collaborate on building a green community in SLC and surrounding areas.
• This is an opportunity to grow a small innovative business and build a powerful sustainable lawn care organization. Your input will have a crucial impact on the success of the company!

Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn care, both sales and operations Manage lawn care crews, scheduling, quality control, training Interest in new technologies and automation, managing and testing equipment Interest in sustainability and emission reduction technologies
