@simply_turf_va Position Overview The Lawn Care & Pest Technician is responsible for applying fertilizer and weed control applications to residential properties with precision and professionalism. You will operate commercial ride-on spreader/sprayers and represent Simply Turf at client properties daily. Technician will also make mosquito & tick control applications at our client's homes. If you don't have experience, no problem as we offer comprehensive training. We expect high standards, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship. Responsibilities Operate Toro, Stinger, and Z-Spray ride-on spreader sprayers Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to residential properties Apply mosquito & tick products with a backpack mister Pull and operate equipment with company F-150 and trailer Follow optimized daily routes using Service Autopilot Communicate with team members through Slack Maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicles Represent the company professionally at all times Qualifications Registered Technician certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Prior experience in residential lawn fertilization required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license Attention to detail and pride in quality work Desire to grow professionally in the turf industry If you are experienced, dependable, and ready to work with high-quality equipment in a company that is growing and building something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you!
