We are looking for a dependable Crew Leader to join our team and help lead our mowing operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and managing mowing crews Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing properties Keeping crews productive and efficient throughout the day Maintaining quality standards on residential and commercial properties Communicating with customers and management professionally Helping train and support crew members Our crews maintain up to 18 lawns per day, so this position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working efficiently. Additional work throughout the season may include: Lawn renovations (aeration, dethatching, overseeding) Landscape cleanups Mulch installation Pruning and property maintenance

What We're Looking For:
