Position Requirements:

Honesty, Hard-working, Self-motivated, can work with other employees as a team, must be able to be insured on our commercial auto policy, Valid Driver's license, two years of experience, WSDA applicators license, Provide Quality Customer service, Time management, Communication skills, Attention to detail is a must. And must be able to work with other employees as a team or alone.

Must be able to:

Fill out Work Orders properly and legibly Apply fertilizer by using either hand or powered equipment Spot spray herbicide in ornamental shrub beds without harming the grass or shrubs Know what products to use for proper application Know how to read labels properly Know how to mix the tanks with the proper chemicals Document services by filling out our WSDA approved service papers Maintain equipment and tools Operate hand and power equipment within state and federal guidelines Problem solve Follow instructions and all safety guidelines To do any other assignments that is asked of you This position demands physical aspects such as walking long distances, walking long distance with a backpack sprayer, kneeling, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying supplies 50lbs. or more in all weather conditions
