  • Full-time We're looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our team in a role that includes cerakote prep work, cerakote spraying, and quality control.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, problem solving, and engaging with customers in a professional retail environment. Minimum Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Legally able to possess a firearm Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely Willingness to wear gloves, respirators, and PPE when required Strong communication skills and a team oriented mindset Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace Primary Job Duties Cerakote Prep & Spray — sandblasting, spraying, curing Shop Upkeep — cleaning, stocking, organizing, maintaining work areas
