Seat Overview You are responsible for executing our 4-Step Fertilizer & Weed Control Program (April-November): Spring application with crabgrass prevention Summer weed control + balanced nutrients Fall root development application Late-fall winterizer You ensure applications are done correctly, safely, and on schedule while representing Brothers Lawn Care at a high standard. Core Responsibilities Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments accurately and safely Follow label rates and Wisconsin compliance standards Identify turf issues and communicate recommendations Maintain clean, professional job sites Complete required documentation and treatment records Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Active Wisconsin Fertilizer / Pesticide Applicator License Proven experience in professional turf treatment Ability to work independently and manage a route Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and accountability What We Offer Consistent weekly hours, even through seasonal transitions.
