This position focuses on lawn care, landscaping, weeding, and seasonal property maintenance throughout the year, including spring and fall cleanups and winter snow removal. This is not just a short-term role—we are looking for someone interested in consistent, ongoing work across all seasons. Responsibilities Spring & Summer Perform spring cleanups including leaf removal, edging, dethatching, weeding, and debris removal Mow lawns, trim, and maintain clean, professional-looking properties Assist with landscaping projects such as weeding, mulching, planting, and bed maintenance Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers (training provided if needed) Fall Complete leaf cleanups and seasonal property maintenance Prepare properties for winter conditions Winter Perform snow removal for residential and/or commercial properties Shoveling, snow blowing, and applying salt/ice melt Be available during snow events (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays as needed) Requirements Reliable transportation to job sites or meet-up location Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, snow) Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Willingness to be available year-round, including winter snow events Experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunity for steady, year-round employment Hands-on experience in lawn care and landscaping Positive, hardworking team environment
