Lawn Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating to ensure lush, well-manicured lawns. Maintain landscape features including planting beds, shrubs, trees, and flower arrangements with precision pruning and tree care techniques. Operate landscaping machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently for various outdoor projects. Install and repair irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth and water efficiency. Execute hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Assist with seasonal tasks like snow plowing or gardening to keep properties attractive year-round. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture or gardening practices. Familiarity with landscaping techniques such as tree trimming, pruning, planting, and hardscape installation. Ability to operate heavy machinery including excavators or similar construction equipment is a plus. Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing procedures, and general maintenance practices. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Pay:
