This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, enjoys working outdoors, and is ready to take ownership of daily operations while helping lead a crew. Position Overview The Lawn Maintenance Technician will oversee daily mowing operations, operate commercial equipment, and help lead a crew to deliver high-quality service across commercial properties throughout the Greater Madison area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and enjoys being outdoors. Schedule Monday

• Friday Typical hours: 7:00 AM
