Whether you're trimming trees, installing patios, or maintaining lawns, your skills will directly contribute to creating inviting outdoor environments that clients will love. As a valued employee, overtime is paid after 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Show up on time and ready to go. Take pride in your work. Work well with others and contribute to a positive attitude. Perform high-quality lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating. Execute landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching. Operate professional-grade equiptment safely and efficiently daily. Assist with the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Conduct snow removal operations during winter months. Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools. Follow safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality landscape projects that meet client specifications. Skills Willing to learn processes and procedures to maintain the standard of excellence our customers have learned to expect from us. Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery when necessary. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license.
