Trees On the Move has been in business for over 49 years and one of the largest commercial landscape companies in the state of Wisconsin. We take pride in the work we do and are looking for people to join our team and make 2026 a special year! As a Lawn Maintenance Technician you are required to deliver top quality work to the client. We're looking for crew leaders and entry level applicants. Job duties are mowing, trimming, bush pruning, weed pulling, and use of basic landscape tools. Applying fertilizers if applicable. (Willing to train and pay for certification.) To ensure success as a Lawn Maintenance Technician, you should exhibit a strong work ethic, have detailed knowledge of Landscape techniques, Great Customer Service with all our clients and be able to operate machinery when required. Time Management is very important in this role on how to use the time allotted for the Job.
Lawn Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Drivers License
- 3+ Years Landscaping Experience
- 2+ Years Crew Lead
- 2+ Years Machine Operating
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
SCHEDULE
(Full-Time)- 10 Hour Shift
- Overtime
- Monday-Friday/ Saturday if needed or want!
