Job Description
Revi Design, LLC, is looking for energetic, industry passionate, creative, and reliable people to join our Landscape Management team today! Revi's Mowing Technicians are quality oriented, self-motivated Landscape Management Employees working directly under the Landscape Management Production Manager. The Mowing Technician works as an important member of a team and assists in directing and completing the day to day Landscape Management activities at every job site. The Technician can operate a variety of Maintenance Equipment and has a general working knowledge of most standard operating procedures for Landscape Management work. Technicians work cohesively with their Crew Leader to develop successful team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ability to read maintenance schedule and work orders to determine items to be serviced.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and assign duties to crew members efficiently.
- Quality control of project site and attention to detail.
- Ability to mow lawns, fertilize, mulch, prune shrubs and trees, rake and aerate lawns.
- Operate and/or maintain Commercial Lawn Equipment including: Lawn Mowers, Blowers, Trimmers and powered handheld equipment.
- Be a Certified Category 3.0 Commercial Pesticide Applicators license and/or ability to test for chemical applicators license.
- Basic knowledge of plant material.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- One year previous experience in Landscape Management on Commercial and Residential properties preferred.
- Familiarity with common industry standard practices.
- Maintain Valid Driver's License.
