Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cannabis Nursery Supervisor to lead our cultivation operations in Southern California. The position is not located in Santa Barbara. This energetic role is perfect for someone passionate about plant growth, horticulture, and sustainable farming practices. As a key leader in our team, you will oversee daily nursery activities, ensure optimal plant health, and maintain efficient cultivation workflows. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality cannabis plants while fostering a safe, productive, and innovative environment. Duties Supervise daily nursery operations, including planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper water delivery and plant health Oversee greenhouse environments, maintaining optimal temperature, humidity, and lighting conditions Coordinate with horticulture teams to monitor plant growth stages and identify pests or diseases early Operate and maintain gardening tools, mechanical equipment, and irrigation systems efficiently Implement best practices in land management, landscaping, and outdoor cultivation techniques Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies during nursery activities Requirements Proven growing experience with cannabis or other horticultural crops in greenhouse or outdoor settings Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant identification, and horticulture principles Hands-on experience with gardening tools, mechanical knowledge of farm equipment, and land management skills Familiarity with farming practices such as lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, and greenhouse management Basic math skills for measurements, dosing nutrients, and record keeping Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify plant issues early and take corrective action Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards Bilingual English/Spanish Join us as we cultivate excellence in the cannabis industry! Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Do you have comprehensive knowledge of fertigation & irrigation systems? Do you have expertise in the safe handling & application of chemicals such as fertilizers & organic pesticides? Are you experienced with automated climate control greenhouse systems? Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Business, Agriculture Science or a related field with an Agriculture emphasis? Have you managed teams of 15+ people?
