Pay:
$80,000 - 85,000
Schedule:
  • Full time
  • Hours / Days-M-F 8:30-5 (may need to work evenings on occasion as needed)
  • Weekends? As needed
  • How many hours expected to work per week: 40 - 50
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee and support a team of clinicians while ensuring the delivery of Private Duty Nursing (PDN) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Hold a Colorado RN license in good standing. Preferably have at least two years of home health management experience. Provide oversight and support to case managers, clinicians, and clients while monitoring pediatric and adult patient care. Coordinate care, assess patient needs, and ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated regularly. Monitor and review PAR documents and deadlines. Provide coverage for supervisors and case managers as needed. Administer TB skin tests. Perform tasks as delegated by the
ADON/DON.
Maintain and manage patient caseloads. Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills. Exhibit strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Colorado. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a minimum of two in-office days per week (preferably Monday and Friday). Strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously. Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt. A team player with the ability to navigate challenges effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel to patient homes as needed, including assisting with some visits.
