We also grow poinsettias and Easter lilies, shipping weekly within the local area and surrounding regions. Our team is dedicated to producing high-quality plants that enhance outdoor spaces and gardens. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our greenhouse production team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in horticulture and greenhouse management to help us deliver vibrant, healthy plants year-round. Responsibilities Coordinate with team members on planting schedules, crop rotation, and quality control standards Maintain inventory and order supplies (tags, pots, soil…) Conduct routine inspections of greenhouse structures, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality Track production data and ensure compliance with SOPs Manage and improve operational efficiency Qualifications 3+ years greenhouse management experience Proven growing experience with a strong understanding of horticulture practices and greenhouse management Ability to perform and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in crop planning and record keeping Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift Strong annual and perennial knowledge Working demanding hours during peak season Join us as a Greenhouse Production Manager to cultivate your passion for plants while leading a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in horticulture!
