The main goal of the Landscape Maintenance & Seasonal Decor Coordinator is to oversee the day to day operations of the maintenance and decorating crews and to nurture strong client relations. Excellent customer service skills addressing client's needs and concerns. Supervise and guide the team in maintaining residential and commercial properties.

Designing / Brainstorming

for potential projects Ensure work is completed on time, at a high standard, and with attention to detail. A natural leader with excellent communication and customer service skills. Help your team grow their skills and encourage continuous improvement. Create landscape presentations and estimates Help with seasonal decorating, special projects, and event sales, designs, fabrication & installations Assist with design and sales meetings Recruit, Hire and Train new employees Ability to Hire and Fire employees Assist with defining and achieving Wilde's overall vision and mission Support the management team strategically and operationally Seek out new business markets and opportunities Watch over productivity Coordinate & Schedule installations and routine site visits Communicate with clients and potential clients Assisting with general and special marketing efforts Help with general shop maintenance and organization or plants and materials Research & Procurement of necessary job materials and plant orders At least 2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized.

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
