Echobrook Nursery Inc. Seasonal Garden Center Staff Worcester, MA Apply Echobrook Nursery is seeking a friendly, hardworking Garden Center Worker to join our team for the upcoming season. This position is ideal for someone with a background in horticulture or landscaping and a solid knowledge of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and houseplants.

Responsibilities:

\~ Assist customers with plant selection and basic design guidance \~ Provide knowledgeable, helpful customer service and sales support \~ Care for and maintain plants, ensuring healthy, attractive displays \~ Restock and merchandise products to keep the garden center organized and appealing \~ Monitor plant health and identify issues when they arise \~ Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace

Qualifications:

\~ Experience or strong interest in horticulture, landscaping, or garden center work \~ Knowledge of plant varieties including trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and houseplants \~ Comfortable assisting customers and providing design suggestions \~ Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team \~ Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions If you enjoy plants, people, and working outdoors, we\'d love to hear from you!
