Landscape Supply Supervisor

Job Summary Pay is dependent on experience. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Supply Supervisor to lead our landscaping supply operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily management of landscape materials, coordinate with suppliers and team members, and ensure the smooth flow of products to meet customer needs. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and quality in our landscape supply services, fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. Responsibilities Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of landscaping materials including soil, mulch, plants, trees, irrigation supplies, and gardening tools. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and manage inventory levels effectively. Lead a team of staff in preparing orders, loading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized yard area. Oversee landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care, pruning, planting, and general horticulture tasks performed by team members. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during construction projects, tree care operations, and equipment handling. Provide guidance on landscaping techniques and best practices to team members to enhance their skills in gardening, horticulture, and irrigation systems. Monitor ongoing maintenance activities to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency across all landscape supply operations. Skills Proven experience in supervising landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, or related fields. Strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening practices, horticulture principles, and plant health management. Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects and tree care techniques. Experience managing irrigation systems installation and maintenance. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Ability to coordinate logistics for landscaping supplies while maintaining safety standards. Good communication skills for working with vendors, team members, and customers effectively. $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
