This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate plant professional who takes pride in creating and maintaining exceptional landscapes while delivering best-in-class service. This position is avaliable full-time salary or part-time hourly depending what is best for the right candidate. What You'll Be Working With This full-time, onsite role is based at a stunning campus featuring a diverse collection of: Vibrant annuals Colorful perennials Ornamental shrubs Mature and specimen trees You'll be the trusted horticultural authority, helping ensure every landscape element reaches its full potential while enhancing the beauty, health, and long-term success of the property. What You'll Do Provide expert horticultural guidance and recommendations Diagnose plant health issues and implement solutions Develop and oversee best practices for plant care and maintenance Support landscape enhancement initiatives and seasonal color programs Partner with operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences Help elevate the standard of excellence across the property What We're Looking For Deep horticultural knowledge and hands-on expertise Passion for plant health, landscape quality, and continuous improvement Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Ability to communicate recommendations clearly and confidently Commitment to delivering outstanding service and results Why Ruppert Landscape? Who we are looking for:
Honest, dependable, has a positive attitude and is cooperative Self-motivated individuals, who have a desire to learn and improve Has pride in his/her work Adheres to, and supports, company policies and seeks to grow with the company A valid/clean driver's license. An MVR report with the DMV will be run prior to hire as part of eligibility. Someone who values positive customer and employee relationships Career-minded individuals. Manage quality, productivity, and safety on the job site. Develop working relationships with internal and external customers. Perform additional duties as assigned while providing year-round customer support. Responsibilities including field-based maintenance services and active participation in snow and winter operations.
