Town of Plainville Part-Time Park Patrol Town of Plainville The Plainville Police Department is accepting applications for a part-time Park Patrol Officer. This is a civilian position that patrols Norton Park on a bicycle. The mission is community relations and an early warning system for crime in the park. The Park Patrol Officer makes contacts with the employees working in the park, as well as citizens using the park. The Park Patrol starts in June once school ends and runs through Labor Day Weekend. The hours are Thursday and Friday from 3-7PM and Saturdays from 1-5PM with a starting hourly rate of $17.51. Applications must be submitted on-line. Position open until filled.
