Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong background in curriculum development with knowledge of Montessori methods and Reggio Emilia approaches. Familiarity with classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies, and lesson planning tailored for young learners. Knowledge of childhood development milestones, literacy education fundamentals, math concepts, and physical education activities suitable for preschool-aged children.
