Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Spark Guide - Montessori / Reggio Master to inspire and lead early childhood education programs rooted in Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies. In this dynamic role, you will craft engaging curricula, foster a nurturing environment, and support the holistic development of young learners. Your expertise will empower children to explore, discover, and grow through innovative teaching methods that emphasize creativity, independence, and social-emotional learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles, incorporating elements of literacy education, math, physical education, and child welfare. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and collaborative learning among children. Lead engaging lessons and activities tailored to various developmental stages, including toddler care and preschool experience. Manage classroom dynamics effectively by applying behavior management strategies that promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being. Support children's individual needs through early intervention techniques and specialized approaches for children requiring additional assistance or special education services. Maintain clear communication with parents, guardians, and team members regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to childhood development or classroom management. Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct regular classroom assessments, and uphold high standards of childcare and child welfare practices. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong background in curriculum development with knowledge of Montessori methods and Reggio Emilia approaches. Familiarity with classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies, and lesson planning tailored for young learners. Knowledge of childhood development milestones, literacy education fundamentals, math concepts, and physical education activities suitable for preschool-aged children. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners. Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and fostering inclusive learning environments.
