Full Time opportunities available including evenings and weekends About Us Brew Park and Pet Retreat is not your typical dog facility. We combine an indoor dog park, bar and restaurant, daycare, and boarding to create a one of a kind experience for both dogs and their owners. Our mission is simple. Create a safe, fun, and memorable environment where dogs can thrive and people can relax. Position Overview We are looking for Dog Park Rangers who genuinely love dogs and take pride in creating a safe and engaging environment for both pets and their owners. This role is hands on and active. You will be in the park interacting with dogs, monitoring behavior, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. You will also play a big part in shaping the experience our guests have every time they walk through our doors. The best candidates are attentive, energetic, and naturally aware of what is happening around them. You are someone who notices the small things, steps in when needed, and helps create a positive and controlled environment. Actively supervise dogs in the park to ensure safe and appropriate play Recognize and respond to dog behavior including preventing and breaking up altercations Follow all safety and health protocols including monitoring for signs of illness or injury Create a welcoming and positive experience for both dogs and their owners Engage with guests by answering questions and providing guidance on park rules Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout your shift Communicate clearly with team members and leadership regarding any issues or concerns Assist with transitioning dogs in and out of the park when needed What We Are Looking For A genuine love for dogs and animal care Strong attention to detail and awareness of your surroundings Ability to stay calm and act quickly in high energy or stressful situations Confidence in stepping in and taking action when needed Positive attitude and strong customer service mindsetReliability and willingness to be an active part of a team Ability to be on your feet and moving for the duration of your shift What Success Looks Like Dogs are safe, happy, and well managed during your shift Guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident in our environmentIssues are addressed quickly before they escalate The park feels clean, controlled, and enjoyable at all times You are actively engaged and not standing on the sidelines Why Join Us Work in a fun and unique environment surrounded by dogs every day Be part of a team that values safety, structure, and great experiences Opportunity to grow within the company Make a real impact on the experience of both pets and their owners
