Water Park Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Water Park Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the park's environment, ensuring visitor satisfaction, and facilitating various events and activities. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to engage with park visitors of all ages, including children. Duties Greet and assist park visitors, providing information about park facilities. Monitor park areas to ensure cleanliness and safety, reporting any maintenance issues as needed. Enforce park rules and regulations while managing conflicts or concerns from visitors effectively. Supervise areas of park to ensure everyone is maintaining safety regulations. Check in park visitors as they arrive and ensure they are property dressed for activity. Skills Strong customer service skills with a passion for engaging with the public. Conflict management skills to address visitor concerns professionally. Previous experience working with children is a plus, especially in recreational settings. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
