Job Summary:
The DCRV Park Assistant supports the RV Park Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the RV park, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the property in excellent condition. This role will also be responsible for Marketing and Events Coordination for the park. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and organizational skills to effectively promote our park and manage events.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
- Process payments and manage billing for guest stays.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about park amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining park facilities, including RV Sites, restrooms, and common areas.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience in similar role welcome but not required.
Skills:
o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. o Familiarity with RV park operations and the travel industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
