Termite & Pest Control Technician

Job Type Full-time Pay Starting at $2,500/month Increase to $2,600/month after 90 days Additional earning opportunities available Job Description Legacy Termite & Pest Control is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our growing team as a Termite & Pest Control Technician in Hot Springs Village. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, helping customers, and learning valuable hands-on skills. No prior pest control experience is required — we provide paid training for the right candidate. Furthermore, residency inside HSV is not required. Reasonable driving distance from the village is accepted. As a technician, you'll inspect homes and businesses for termite and pest activity, perform treatments, educate customers, and help protect properties throughout the community. After training, you will be provided a company vehicle that you can take home and use to travel from work to home and vice versa. Responsibilities Conduct termite and pest inspections for residential and commercial properties Identify pest activity and recommend effective treatment solutions Apply pest control products safely and according to company standards Install bait stations and perform preventative pest treatments Operate company vehicles safely between service locations Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions Maintain accurate service records and inspection reports Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Willingness to learn new skills and complete training Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work as needed Ability to pass the Department of Agriculture Commercial Applicator Test Preferred Qualifications Pest control or termite experience (preferred but not required) Experience in customer service, construction, landscaping, maintenance, or other hands-on work Commercial Applicator License Why Work With Legacy?
