Responsibilities Provide high-quality pest services to commercial clients Organize and manage a service route for assigned accounts Communicate recommendations and partner with clients to maintain a pest-free environment Deliver Managed Pest Solutions in response to emerging pest challenges Qualifications Unwavering professionalism Strong speaking and listening skills Attention to detail Energetic and friendly demeanor Enjoys working with hands Sales-minded attitude is a plus Prior pest experience is preferred, but not required Willingness to be on-call during off-work hours and weekends Compensation Our Service Specialists receive production-based compensation.
