Basic Expectations Come to work in a clean, proper uniform. Always have a positive attitude.

Maintain the standards outlined below for your service vehicle: Service vehicle should be clean and organized.

Insurance card and registration should be located inside the vehicle at all times. Spill kit and First Aid kit should also be inside the vehicle. Service vehicle should be secured at all times. Team members are expected to drive safely at all times and obey all traffic rules. Ensure that proper PPE is available and in use at all times when applicable. Adhere to all NSPC protocols, standards, and practices. No short-cuts. Daily Responsibilities All technicians are responsible for clocking in and out for their shifts each day. Always review daily tasks from the office. This is how the office team communicates changes and needs. Be sure to refresh and review throughout the day. Punctuality is important. Ensure that you arrive on time for all appointments. Proper service protocol should be followed at all times. Podium should be completed at the end of every business day. Expectations for Pest Service Ensure that all forms were submitted prior to performing pest service (i.e., Service Agreements, Contracts, etc.) All products and containers should be properly labeled. Technicians must properly identify themselves to the customer before performing pest service. Always inspect for other services and offer/upsell them to the customer when needed. Technicians must properly record all products/chemicals. Shoe covers, gloves, and mask must be worn when doing interior treatment. Roach treatments must be executed properly according to NSPC protocol. Ensure proper leave behinds are placed in the lawn and/or on the front door.
