We are a local pest control company based in the East Valley, serving customers in Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, Mesa, and Phoenix . Our trucks are full-size GMC trucks wrapped in Satin Red , and we take pride in looking professional, showing up on time, and taking care of our customers the right way. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, coachable, good with customers, and willing to learn. On-the-job training is provided , but experienced pest control technicians will earn more based on experience. Pay $18-$25 per hour , depending on experience. Experienced pest control technicians may start at a higher rate. Responsibilities Service residential pest control customers on a scheduled route Treat homes for general pests such as ants, spiders, crickets, roaches, scorpions, and other common Arizona pests Communicate professionally with customers Follow service instructions and company procedures Keep truck, equipment, and products organized Document completed services accurately Represent Redline Pest Control in a professional and friendly way Requirements Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean driving record Must be dependable and on time Must be comfortable working outside in Arizona weather Must be able to communicate well with customers Must be willing to learn and follow instructions Pest control experience is preferred but not required Preferred Experience Arizona pest control experience Current or previous pest control license/certification Route experience Customer service experience Experience with residential pest control What We Provide On-the-job training Company truck for work routes Professional equipment Local East Valley and Phoenix service area Opportunity to grow with a local company Higher pay for experienced technicians About Redline Pest Control Redline Pest Control is a local Arizona pest control company focused on quality service, honest communication, and professional work.
