In this position, you will work directly with homeowners to identify pest control needs and provide solutions designed to protect their homes and families. No pest control experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and support from experienced leadership to help you build confidence and develop professionally.

What You'll Do:

Meet with homeowners to discuss pest control concerns and service options. Recommend solutions based on property conditions and customer needs. Build trust through honest communication and professional service. Participate in ongoing coaching and team development programs. Work toward individual and team performance goals.

$150,000

• $300,000+ annually

Sales Leadership:

$200,000

• $600,000+ annually

Senior Leadership:
