Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections of structures to detect termite presence, damage, and conducive conditions. Use hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to access hard-to-reach areas during inspections. Document findings accurately and prepare inspection reports for clients and management. Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Assist with the application of pest control treatments when necessary, following safety protocols. Drive company vehicles to various job sites safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all tools, equipment, and vehicles used during inspections. Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills. Physical stamina to stand, walk, crawl, or climb for extended periods during inspections. Willingness to learn about pest identification, treatment methods, and safety procedures. Good communication skills for explaining findings clearly to clients.
