  • Full-time Pasadena Pest Control is hiring a highly skilled Lead Pest Control Technician with strong rodent exclusion experience.
This is a hands-on field position for an experienced technician who takes pride in high-quality work, can handle challenging service issues, and is capable of setting the standard for the rest of the team. The Lead Technician will service established residential and commercial routes, handle complex jobs, assist with technician training, and provide field support when difficult situations arise. This is not an office-management position. The Lead Technician is expected to lead primarily through technical skill, professionalism, reliability, and example. Responsibilities Field Service Service established residential and commercial routes Perform general pest-control services and recurring treatments Handle complex, high-priority, or unusual pest issues Perform detailed rodent inspections and exclusion work Assist with callbacks and re-services when advanced troubleshooting is needed Support occasional same-day service and overflow scheduling Maintain accurate documentation, photos, and service notes Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service Technical Leadership Serve as a field resource for other technicians Help troubleshoot difficult pest-control and rodent issues Assist with hands-on training and technician ride-alongs Help reinforce company service standards and best practices Lead by example in professionalism, productivity, communication, and attention to detail Provide feedback when recurring field issues or training needs arise Equipment & Vehicle Care Keep the assigned company truck clean, organized, and properly stocked Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Communicate supply, equipment, or vehicle needs promptly Qualifications 4-5+ years of pest-control experience Strong rodent-exclusion experience (not foam can / steel wool experience) Current Branch 2 license Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers Comfortable providing guidance and hands-on support to less-experienced technicians Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation Probationary Pay:
$25/hour.
Once proven:
$30
  • 40/hour ($62,400
