As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be the face of our company—solving pest problems for our customers while delivering top-tier service and maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Manage a busy schedule of service appointments with punctuality and professionalism Communicate effectively with customers to assess and resolve pest concerns Operate company vehicle and pest control equipment safely and efficiently Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex pest issues Safely navigate attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas Work independently and as part of a team in various outdoor weather conditions Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude Ensure every customer is satisfied with their service experience Qualifications No prior pest control experience required - we'll train you Valid California Driver's License required Minimum 3 years of driving experience in the U.S. Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug test Comfortable working in confined spaces and on ladders Strong communication and customer service skills Schedule 8-hour shifts Work primarily in the field (on the road) About Us Official Pest Prevention, part of the Anticimex Group, is a fast-growing pest control company with over 25 years of industry expertise.
