We're looking for a dual-licensed Branch 2 & 3 Field Representative to manage an established residential and commercial route, deliver exceptional service, and grow with us as we expand across Southern California. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that invests in its people. What you'll do Perform general pest control inspections and treatments for residential and commercial accounts — ants, roaches, rodents, spiders, and related pests (Branch 2) Conduct termite inspections, treatments, and prepare WDO reports (Branch 3) Manage an assigned route from the South Bay north through the West LA area — efficiently, on time, and with a customer-first mindset Document service activities using field management software (mobile-based) Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatment plans, and follow-up needs Identify upsell opportunities and close or escalate them (commission paid on new recurring accounts and upsell services) Keep your company vehicle and equipment in clean, safe operating condition Stay current on SPCB regulations, label requirements, and continuing education requirements What we're looking for Active California Branch 2 AND Branch 3 Field Representative license — required 5+ years of field experience in pest control in Southern California Clean California driver's license Strong customer communication skills — you're often the face of the company Ability to work independently and manage your time across a multi-stop route Comfortable with mobile technology for scheduling, invoicing, and reporting Physical ability to perform field work: lifting, crawling, working in attics and crawlspaces Compensation & benefits $23-$27/hr base pay (based on experience) Commission on new recurring account sign-ups and upsell services closed in the field Paid holidays and vacation Uniforms provided 401(k) Referral program Why Us We're not a big corporate operation.
