At Pest Pros Pest Solutions, we're looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career, grow personally, and become part of a team that takes pride in serving people at a high level. We are hiring for an Entry-Level Service Pro Trainee position. This is an hourly, full-time role designed to help develop future Service Professionals through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world field experience. This position operates as a "floater" role, supporting multiple routes, teams, and service needs while learning the Pest Pros way. The goal is to develop into a fully assigned Service Pro with your own route and client base. What You'll Do Assist Service Pros with residential and commercial pest services Learn proper treatment methods, safety procedures, and client communication Help with route support, callbacks, cleanouts, inspections, and specialty services Maintain equipment, organization, and cleanliness of company vehicles Learn to document services properly using company systems and mobile technology Deliver an exceptional client experience through professionalism and communication Support Area Managers and teams where operational needs exist What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working outdoors and in different environments Ability to communicate professionally with clients and teammates Coachable mindset with commitment to personal growth Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Ability to lift and carry equipment regularly What Makes This Position Different This is not a dead-end position.
