Position Overview As a Termite and Rodent Exclusion Specialist , you'll play a critical role in protecting homes and businesses from pests while ensuring clients feel safe and satisfied. You'll conduct termite and rodent inspections, recommend solutions, and perform exclusion work to prevent infestations. This position is perfect for someone who loves hands-on work, solving problems, and working in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect homes and businesses for signs of termite and rodent activity. Perform exclusion services, including sealing entry points and installing barriers to prevent pest access. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide exceptional service. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous experience in pest control or exclusion services is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in various environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor settings. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
