This role requires a strong understanding of pest control methods, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their pest management needs. Road Warrior Special Assignment (Please read carefully) This job will begin on assignment primarily in Greater San Diego and will provide coverage in other areas of Los Angeles to support their team as needed.
Rate of Pay:
This role starts at a base hourly pay of $24.00 per hour. On top of the regular hourly rate you will be eligible to participate in our pest bonus program. Duties Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and regulations. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various pest control tasks, including setting traps and applying treatments. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans to clients and answering any questions they may have. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including the types of treatments used and any follow-up actions required. Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management strategies tailored to specific client needs. Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques, products, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Experience Previous experience in pest control is required. Sales experience is beneficial for promoting services effectively to clients while providing solutions for their pest issues. License Requirements (non-negotiable requirements) California Pest Control Board Branch 2 license, Current and Active Required A current valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
