As a licensed Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will perform thorough inspections and treatment of customer's businesses, prepare proposals and presentations based on inspections to obtain sales while demonstrating excellent customer service. Educate and provide our current and new customers with outstanding quality services. You will be required to follow all company protocols, treatment process and procedures. Job Requirements Valid driver's license. Possession of a Branch 2 or Applicator's license. Ability to safely perform skilled work in the preparation and application of pest control chemical solutions. Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare timely, detailed reports. Proficiency in safely operating tools and equipment relevant to pest control work. Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, technical manuals, written instructions, and mixing formulas. Knowledge of and adherence to workplace safety procedures and best practices. Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, co-workers, and others encountered in the course of work. Safe driving habits, with the privilege of taking a company vehicle home daily. Physical Requirements Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and other confined areas; including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and standing for extended periods. Ability to climb ladders and lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Sufficient hand strength, finger dexterity, and foot coordination to safely operate and grasp tools and equipment. Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required. Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
