This role involves inspecting properties, identifying pest and wildlife issues, and implementing safe and effective solutions for residential and commercial customers. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Inspect homes and businesses for pest and wildlife activity Perform pest control treatments and wildlife removal services Set traps and safely remove animals such as rodents, birds, and other nuisance wildlife Seal entry points and perform exclusion work to prevent future infestations Educate customers on prevention and treatment plans Maintain accurate service records and reports Follow all safety procedures and state regulations Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in crawl spaces Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs Pest control license (or willingness to obtain) preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous pest control or wildlife experience Knowledge of California wildlife and pest species Sales or customer-facing experience Benefits Opportunities for advancement Schedule Tuesday through Saturday Why Join Laws of Nature Wildlife Management?
