Career Growth Job Responsibilities Will Include:
Inspect residential properties for pest activity, entry points, and conditions conducive to infestations Perform pest control treatments in accordance with company procedures and state regulations Identify pest issues and recommend effective treatment and prevention solutions Educate customers on pest prevention, treatment plans, and service recommendations Accurately document services performed, findings, and recommendations using company systems Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor Safely operate application equipment, hand tools, and required PPE Work in attics, crawl spaces, and around residential exteriors as needed Follow all company safety policies, label requirements, and industry regulations Recommend additional services when appropriate
Qualifications:
Previous pest control experience preferred Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route Comfortable working in confined spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Experience and License Requirements Driver's License
