This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors and engage directly with clients, providing effective pest management solutions. Your expertise will help maintain healthy, pest-free environments across residential, commercial, and agricultural settings. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest and rodent activity, including signs of infestation in various environments Develop and implement effective pest management plans Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments safely and efficiently Operate vehicles safely for transportation between job sites, ensuring compliance with driving regulations Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, safety precautions, and ongoing pest management recommendations Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability and compliance Qualifications Prior Pest & Rodent experience is required; minimum 1 year High school diploma or equivalent Valid California drivers license, with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug test Strong communication and customer experience skills Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, bending and working in various weather conditions Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive approach makes a real difference!
