What You'll Do Service established commercial routes (multi-family, retail, and other commercial properties) Perform detailed inspections and pest control treatments Communicate professionally with property managers, staff, and tenants Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate Maintain clean, accurate service records • What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent — shows up and follows through Strong work ethic — takes pride in doing the job right Detail-oriented — notices issues others miss Professional — communicates well with clients Self-motivated — able to work independently and stay on track throughout the day We value people who take ownership of their work and want to grow with a solid team. Performance Expectations Manage and service a consistent monthly route of commercial clientele Maintain high-quality work across all accounts Be aware of opportunities to improve service and add value for clients Represent the company professionally at all times Pay & Benefits Base hourly: $22-$25/hr (based on experience) Commission on additional services Typical first-year earnings: $50,000-$70,000+ depending on performance Top performers who take advantage of commission opportunities can exceed this range.
