Full Job Description About Us:

Cal Termite and Pest Control is a locally owned and rapidly growing pest and termite control company based in Ventura County and servicing from Goleta to the San Fernando Valley. We take pride in excellent customer service, strong team culture, and delivering reliable results. We're looking for a motivated and professional Pest Control Technician to join our field team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services
• Inspect properties and identify pest problems or conducive conditions
• Apply treatments safely and according to state regulations
• Educate customers on findings, recommendations, and ongoing service plans
• Document work using mobile software (we use PestPac)
• Maintain service vehicle, equipment, and inventory
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Qualifications:

• Valid California Applicator License or Field Representative License (Branch 2) preferred
• Previous pest control experience a plus (training provided)
• Clean DMV record and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required
