We are looking for Technician(s) with exceptional customer service skills along with general knowledge within the pest industry to join our expanding team. This position is responsible for servicing residential properties, along with the highest quality customer service in the industry. We put our customers first and in return expect our employees to do the same. Personalized and Professional service is our motto. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience is required with a broad knowledge within the pest control industry. • Competitive compensation: Hourly Rate with optional time and a half over 40 hours. ($ 1,000 - $1,200 weekly. Plus overtime, if desired) Retirement with company match.

Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, or agricultural sites to identify pest infestations and environmental conditions conducive to pests. Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively using sprays, baits, traps, or other methods tailored to each situation. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans for long-term protection. Able and willing to work in various weather conditions. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, materials used, and site conditions for compliance and reporting purposes. Prior experience or knowledge in sales related to pest control products or services is a plus. Familiarity with pest control techniques. Must have a pesticide license Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or materials throughout the workday. Able to crawl in attics and crawl spaces. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, handle and climb ladders without height restrictions. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members and have the ability to upsell additional services. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
