Must have Drivers License Duties Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess environmental conditions. Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals, equipment, and techniques while adhering to safety standards. Perform lawn care, landscaping, and land maintenance tasks to improve property aesthetics and health. Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to carry out pest control and landscaping projects efficiently. Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and routine checks. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, including habitat modification and ongoing maintenance plans. Document all service activities accurately in reports, including treatments applied, areas serviced, and follow-up recommendations. Requirements Valid state-issued license as a Pest Control Technician with active certification in pest management. Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, or landscaping environments. Knowledge of agricultural practices, land management techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Strong driving record with a valid driver's license; comfortable navigating various terrains during service calls. Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions for extended periods. Preferred qualifications include experience with sales techniques related to service upselling or client consultations, familiarity with land management practices, and certifications in related fields such as agriculture or landscaping.
