The Pest Control H.E.R.O. - Apprentice is a structured, hands-on part-time training role designed to prepare you for full-time employment as a Registered Technician within our organization. In this role, you will: Train to inspect properties and perform interior and exterior pest control treatments Schedule services and communicate directly with customers Deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial clients Build strong customer relationships while maintaining professional standards Report directly to the Squad Leader If you're ready to grow, serve, and be part of a mission-driven team, we want to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For:

Natural communicator who thrives on solving problems and building customer relationships Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a detail-driven mindset Comfortable working independently in diverse environments (indoor/outdoor, various weather conditions) Tech-savvy, coachable, and passionate about continuous growth Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Must become a registered technician in DC within 30 days of hire Sales or customer service background (preferred)
