What You'll Do:

Deliver tailored pest control services with precision and professionalism Build trust and rapport with customers - from homeowners to facility managers Assess, recommend, and implement customized pest management solutions Manage your schedule and customer portfolio with our digital tools Stay ahead of industry trends, products, and best practices Maintain licenses and certifications across DC, MD, and VA (we'll help you get there!) Uphold Elite Ops' mission to serve with integrity, care, and excellence

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced in pest control (1-3 years of experience) with a solid understanding of structural pest management Natural communicator who thrives on solving problems and building customer relationships Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a detail-driven mindset Comfortable working independently in diverse environments (indoor/outdoor, various weather conditions) Tech-savvy, coachable, and passionate about continuous growth Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Must become a registered technician in DC, MD, and VA within 30 days of hire Must have pest control or related industry experience (required) Sales or customer service background (preferred)
