Job Description

We are a fast-growing, customer-focused pest control company dedicated to protecting homes and families with effective, affordable pest prevention solutions. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enrollment Associate to join our high-performing team. The Enrollment Associate plays a key role in helping homeowners understand pest risks and enroll in customized pest control protection plans. In this role, the Enrollment Associate will inspect residential properties, identify pest concerns, and guide customers through tailored treatment and recurring service options. The Enrollment Associate is essential in driving new customer enrollments while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from inspection to service setup. This is a field-based, customer-facing sales role where the Enrollment Associate will work closely with both customers and service teams to ensure every solution is properly presented, scheduled, and executed. What the Enrollment Associate Will Do Conduct residential inspections to identify pest activity, damage, and risk areas Educate homeowners on pest issues and explain prevention and treatment options Present customized pest control plans and guide customers through the enrollment process Close new recurring service accounts and recommend additional protection services when appropriate Build trust with homeowners by delivering clear, honest communication Partner with service technicians and operations teams to ensure seamless treatment scheduling and execution Maintain accurate records of all inspections, recommendations, and enrollments completed What We're Looking For in an Enrollment Associate Up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or field-based roles preferred (pest control experience is a plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain pest issues and solutions as an Enrollment Associate Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with sales goals Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in the field and manage daily appointments Strong organizational and time management skills What We Offer Enrollment Associates Competitive pay Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities Career growth paths Supportive team environment with strong field and office coordination High-quality leads and structured appointment flow

$46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
