As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a vital role in protecting homes, businesses, and outdoor spaces from unwanted pests. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply appropriate pest control solutions using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed Develop customized treatment plans based on pest type and property conditions Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up recommendations Operate and maintain various equipment including sprayers, traps, and other pest control devices Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and safe handling of chemicals Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment used in outdoor maintenance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections and treatments Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle chemicals responsibly Willingness to learn about integrated pest management techniques and new industry practices Join our team as a Pest Control Technician and become a key player in creating healthier environments!
